Unreachable Contacts
My company works with Gjensidige and provides its clients with personal accident insurance. It all started with the fact that I broke my leg. Of course, it was followed by a long sick page. On the second day, I took a medical report from the hospital to Gjensidige and all the evidence related to the accident and a written application for compensation. The branch told me that the answer would be given within five working days. I waited two weeks and received no response trying to get myself interested in the insurance company for the case. I THREE DAYS WANTED TO CALL HIS HOTEL, but all I received was a number to which no one answered. So I didn't hurt and went to the branch myself to find out what's going on. There I was told that the problem was that the doctor's handwriting had not been read and that the answer had been delayed. Well, but couldn't I give such an answer? Then begins the chaos with the amount paid. A week ago it was said that the payment had been transferred to the accounts, but I have not received the money either :(I UNDERSTANDED THAT THIS IS A COMPANY THAT LIKES TO MAKE PEOPLE LIKE MORE. AND I I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO MAKE ANY INSURANCE IN ANY COMPETITION.
