As I accidentally broke the glass of the Htc one x10 phone, with the warranty I sent the Mttc service turns out to be in Canada Htc phones are not repaired so it was sent to Poland. When the screen was repaired I called and said that the phone had to be replaced and it cost 59 dollars. I agree. A week later, the phone was finally brought and it took 4 days for me to drop a corner of the case and the phone did not fall to the ground. I went to the mttc office and was told that it was my fault that I had squeezed the case myself and the corner had fallen out. That you can squeeze the case of the phone so that the corner falls out while standing in a bag or jacket pocket. The phone is intact and has not fallen to the ground or hit anywhere. And the money will not be returned to me and a new housing will not be ordered and if I want to find out what is wrong I have to send via mttc to Poland again and pay 15 dollars for diagnostics! Is that fair?! Shame on them!
