Rapid pass people go first while walk in can sit for hours. There should be some way a walk-in could go every 3rd rapid. But make a walk in sit for hours is bad business.

Poor service
Inaccuracies in window production, unfinished work, incorrectly designed documents, work delays. More often you have to call the office to achieve something. Communication with the client is unacceptable (Sandra Е arma was especially uncultured). We will contact the CRPC to find a solution. Then came and did.
