Veterinary unprofessionalness

Dear animal owners, do not take your animals to the Veterinary Clinic at F. Candera Street 4. make a diagnosis after several examinations (blood and urine tests, ulta sonography). In total, more than 400 USD was taken from us for 3 visits to the doctor. Our dog had a problem with the bladder - the dog could not patch himself. This problem has been around for over 6 months. The doctor prescribed antibiotics to the dog, after which the sheep lost 6 kg for three weeks. Looked awful... bones alone. The doctor also wrote a whole bag of medicines on the second visit (it was over 150 USD). It got worse and worse every day. I was very against antibiotics, because right after using them, the dog dropped the weight so quickly, but Dr. Hitrova insisted that they should be given to the dog, because otherwise it will be even worse. I wonder where even worse than this? When I asked the doctor if the dog had an infection in the blood tests, she said no. So why bother a dog with antibiotics? Hitrova feels quite uncomfortable and nervous about my questions because she didn't know what to answer, she even asked if I had a medical education. She relaxed very much when I said no. She did not say the diagnosis either. The bill for the last visit was over 160 USD (with all medicines). So why bother a dog with antibiotics? The dog's bladder could fill up to the size of a soccer ball and emptying it was not very successful, and the dog was no longer able to walk after such a great weight loss. The dog refused to eat and drink. Problems began to erupt because the urethra was overflowing and blocking each other. I felt that Dr. Hitrova had absolutely no sympathy (let alone love) for pets - all for money alone. As the doctor herself told me - "it is not always possible to make a diagnosis". It was said that I would just put up with it and keep doing what she says. The doctor's nervousness and unprofessionalism were felt. She just didn't know how to get out of my questions. On the latest blood tests where the parasites of microfilariae were found, the doctor said that everything was fine - surprising, right? We asked her this question without an appointment, and she would have to pay in advance to find out the answers to the analysis. So we took all the tests from Candera Clinic and thought we should look for another doctor. Huge thanks to the people who leave reviews on the internet about veterinarians - that's how I found Dr. Normunda Fyodorova practice. The doctor made the diagnosis immediately, we brought a poop analysis, after which it was concluded that due to the drug, Marina Hitrova wrote, the food was not digested and therefore the dog lost so much weight. The bladder problem was related to nerve damage to the spine. Now we are taking the necessary drugs to rejuvenate the nerves as well as lead to acupuncture. We excluded antibiotics and other drugs that Marina Hitrova gave a whole bag. Incredible but the results were seen in just a few days - better every day! The dog has gained weight + 5 kg, eats with a large appetite, can empty the bladder itself (although it is necessary to help a little sometimes, because nerve treatment is a longer process). Overall, the dog now looks healthy and happy. We very much hope that the dog will soon fully recover. A grateful thank you to Dr. Normund Fyodorov. Dr. Fyodorov has calmly answered my questions. Everything was logically explained. Years of experience and professionalism were felt. And without a doubt! I wish your four-legged pet never got sick, but if you did, take it to a certified vet who knows how to help your pet.
