Fed up

In 2019 I received duplicate bills: from Orlando and days later another from Atlanta. I have been hounded by repeated unpaid bill notices with threats of being referred to a collection agency. You cant get a dam person on the phone to speek to about a bill !!!! been on hold 2 times for a hour at a time and still didnt get anyone

your billing dept. answering phone calls sucks !!!!!! been on hold 2 times for a hour at a time and still got nobody!!!! User’s recommendation: answer the dam phones.

Company didnt send the complete order, yet billed us

We ordered 3 items. Full face mask set with cushion. Spare headgear. Spare cushion. Full mask set comes standard with cushion and is stated on the packet. Delivery came, no spare cushion.
