Poor service
A week ago I bought a ring at the store Jahonts sould Shopping Center "Alfa". The seller-consultant told me that the ring could be exchanged or returned with a refund if the certificate is not removed from it. However, the decision to return the ring was made. I wrote back to the application store. After a while, a woman called the director of the shopping center. During the conversation, they tried to persuade me to take a gift card, and if I didn't need it, to sell to friends, which I refused, they stopped all the time and didn't give him a chance to say anything in return. The conversation ends with her saying "you're not a man at all" and hanging up, although I have not told her any bad or rude words. Before turning to them, I also looked at the google reviews of the store, and now I know that I ignored them. Be careful if you decide to buy something there. The complaint is that Johant's store staff may be calling you and insulting them, not knowing the rules of their store and confusing their customers in such a way that they are left with nothing.
