Raw Chicken

The second time you eat at this restaurant, you come in contact with raw chicken in your order. Chicken cutlet inside pink. Don't joke about things like that. Probably I have to stop living under the illusion that someone in Antonio's Picà understands something about proper and safe cooking of chicken meat. I will never send hens here again on a main course or in a salad. If you don't want to risk your health, I suggest you do the same!
