Dormeo.org delivery and service
Despite the good quality of the goods, the service in this online store is under every criticism. I ordered a product from them several years ago. There were a lot of problems - I didn't receive the order confirmation in the e-mail, I called myself, I found out that the order was received, I waited a long time for delivery, the e-mails were not answered... I had to call several times. In the end, I received the product and, given that I was not limited in time, I was generally satisfied. This year I decided to buy one of the holiday gifts dormeo.org. I ordered on time - 2 weeks before the holiday. Most online stores ship within a few days. Dormeo called me only a week later. They said that everything is fine and I will receive my product until the holiday. I waited until Thursday and called to find out if there would be anything to give me or not. Opratore, a very unkind girl, replied to me that my goods were not in stock and I would not be able to receive her. When I tried to argue that I was called and told to be sent out, it was unkindly answered that it could not be, there is nothing to figure out. I said that I still have to look for such poor customer service and that I don't need their product. Now in the last days you will have to run around the shops, stand in lines... Happy everyone!
