Fraud

I switched to Telstra a long time ago and chose tariff plan no: 3, which then cost 3 lls. for the selected tariff. Well, this month I am watching that my dear company is able to surprise me again this month, again without warning they have nicely increased the bill to 5. 80 dollars, well super. I feel very sad that such stupidity can probably only be done in our cool country.
