Terrible attitude towards the customer
Repeatedly rude and unkind attitude towards the customer, especially me in the Santa Ana store of Cannon Street 4. The saleswoman named my fine knit jacket, for which I bought lace as a rag, and said that she was not going to measure the required length of lace. After this unpleasant incident, where I felt like the last poor man with my "rags", I contacted the office, explained the situation and sent a check, apologized and assured me that such an attitude and communication with the rocks and the seller side is not acceptable and will be discussed with staff. Unfortunately, a couple of days ago, a very unpleasant situation recurred, where dace (mentioned in the pin as the deputy store manager) repeatedly made me feel like a complete idiot with unfounded demands. Situation - I choose several ribbons and call the seller at the box office to be able to ask to cut and pay for the purchase. Dace answered my kind request - then you finally chose. What I tolerantly ignored, but then showing how much I need I received a counter-comment that she doesn't have to measure anything and I have to know in advance how much I will need, what I mentioned, that I don't have a meter and I can't say the exact centimeters, so I give a bag of tape, the identical length of which I need the new tape. The conversation turned out to be unpleasant and dace claimed that in the shop where no one works is not a sales consultant and no advice or help is given to customers. I would be happy to contact the company's board and find out if this attitude towards customers and dace is in line with the company's owners.
