I did not know I had this insurance and need a card and information about this insurance because I need medicine ASAP not feeling well
I had picked my doctor when I first got with this insurance. Some how my doctor was changed with out my knowledge. I had to call in to put my doctor back on my list.
I have been trying to pay my bill for a while now. The online bill pay says I do not have correct credentials to view the page. Then trying to contact customer service, it keeps hanging up on me.
They are ok sometimes, sometimes horrible. Many of their drs are not so great. My PCP is not great at all. My last PCP.They start out good and go south from there. My PCP was ok till I got sick. Then there wren multiple mistakes in her office. Specialists are a mixed review some good some bad....
