Terrible coverage I believe this amounts to an intricate scam

Reward scam

Participated in their rewards program and i didn’t receive the incentive for doing so. I kept contacting them and they would tell me that a new rewards card would be in the mail. I never received the card. Why have a program like that if you’re not going to pay up.
