Contract Termination Fraud
I want to terminate the contract, contact the branch to write an application and return the device. Entering my data into the system, I was told: thank you wait for the call within 3-4 working days, the operator will contact you and explain how to terminate the contract. The device was not accepted from me to whom I replied: after the teacher's call I will have to send it by post, because the branch does not accept the device, and read the terms of the contract in general. When I got home I read the rules, but I also didn't find anywhere to write that the operator would call me.
