Bought gift card on line and waiting on delivery

Neiman Marcus is impossible to get in touch with. I’ve waited and waited on the customer service line. They processed my $300 credit card order right away. Not sure what to do now. Horrible,horrible company User’s recommendation: Avoid Neiman Marcus.
