I order a item on June 14th promise delivery by June 18th. Now expected delivery June 22nd. Because I understand is coming from Texas. Someone else’s email attached to my to my order. Charges for digital services and e-reader fees

Could not track my order due to wrong email attached Amazon doesn’t know how that happened. The item that I couldn’t track I NEVER received it.
