My amazon account as been locked I don’t really understand why my account is locked.my account details are Name on my amazon account=dimunah promise My account login details=zicosmith55@***.com/0816895**** User’s recommendation: I have been expecting amazon to unlock my account.

The issue was resolved

I had to contact via email which was difficult to find the right email to contact through, not straightforward as you would hope for When I did get to contact Amazon Germany via email they resolved the issue within 24 hours User’s recommendation: email through your order placed.
