4G internet

Very bad internet, the start went very well, download at 30 to 40 mb, but then dropped to mbb, said to change the router, replace, and if everything goes again at 30mb download, and it takes 3 weeks and again the same 1 mb, call service finds again the replacement ruters, replace super goes everything, takes 3 weeks, and again 0. 5mb download, the whole mayor is full, do I have to run the router every 3 weeks? call AuMobile impossible week no service promised to call back, they can't fix anything yet, well super malachi, your service has deteriorated very critically! the routers were refurbished, put on the antenna, restarted, the channels changed, nothing worked.
