Refuses to pay compensation for damage to an insured apartment
A bank employee persuaded to insure her apartment by claiming that it will be very beneficial. Of course! (what naivety at my age...). After a few months, the growing neighbor in the neighborhood thoroughly leaked my apartment, where at the time even more additives also appeared mold. I turned to the insurer, but a refusal followed, because the mold did not apply to them and the repairs were not subtle enough. Needless to say, the relationship with these "insurers" would not continue and I would consider closing my account with that bank altogether. Don't fall for this payment!
