Rude, contemptuous attitude of the administrator.

Alina Germane, a very rude administrator, doesn't want to answer questions, blows and breathes when asked to find out a question, then smiles sarcastically and answers contemptuously. Basically, you don't have to work with such arrogant attitudes in customer service or working with people.
