10 hours spent on phone over last two months. 4 visits with no avail. Even technicians said the boxes aren’t good. Told us to pay more monthly to get access to better customer service or something. Company charged $80 since telephone work was done inside rather than outside. However, no one told us this in advance. Agent said hed check original conversation and get back to us. No one did. Just the charge. Plus, we were charged a late fee. User’s recommendation: Get everything in writing.
