I need a phone . I sent my phone back to Altice 9 days ago. The last time I talked to them ,they said they’d let me know something in 2 days. It’s been 4 days and i still haven’t heard from them.

I can’t hear the caller when I get a call. I sent the phone back 9 days ago. they told me I’d something in 2 days. It’s been 4 days. User’s recommendation: Don’t bother with them .
