Poor service

Does not pick up the phone, does not answer correct emails. Tracking shows that they tried to deliver, but I was not at home. Of course, no delivery message was given, so there could be no one at home at that minute. The customer is not informed, ignored. Apparently, the German DHL delivers these shipments and now I don't know at all whether I will receive my shipment. This office should be sued, isn't the Consumer Protection Center really visiting them yet?
