30/06/2018 I was at Jugla Gas Station Circle K, I drove to the 4th tank, I would like to pay for fuel at own tank, it was written that the terminal does not work, I have to make a payment at the cash register, I filled in only 10USD and I had to pay, I took something else to pay and paid. I drove off the highway and noticed that the fuel had not risen by a millimeter, and the remaining kilometers were as much as before refueling. Thinking maybe the car's fault may have sunk on the beach, I put another 10USD in another petrol station and they showed up. Is it at all possible not to refuel but pay?
