Poor quality windows.. Do not recommend

We purchased replacements windows for all 23 windows in our home. They were attractive, well priced, and installed nicely be a local contractor. In the five years since they were installed, we have experienced s3ven seal failures. First three warrant replacements came complete. Seal failure on a large picture window….they said they would cover the replacement glass. Only problem is they would only ship it to a distributor that was 250 miles from my house. Expensive windows ………… very disappointed in quality

had the model 3001 windows installed and during the winter of 2018/2019 the triple pane windows had frost on the inside of window, frame of inside window and cold air leakage around window/frame with thermometer against window reading 30+ degrees. informing my installer really wasn’t any better at correcting or addressing my issues. words of warning……….. stay...
