Defective product don’t back warranty

Homeowners and contractors, please stay away from Alside! It has now been 11 weeks without a response on a warranty claim on windows. Leaking window seal, moisture in glass

purchased the window 8 to 10 years ago , large 11ft bay window. Last June started to notice seal was failing. Called the vendor that installed the window. I was told to send pictures and I did.
