Poor service

Today I took a bus, with Lubbock around the bus to Cleveland. This is the first time I have traveled with this company. And the driver E. Vigulis, stopping at a certain place, dared to laugh at the bus cabin. I died. Since when is it allowed for drivers? (If of course) And of course the whole cabin stinks, including now 4 passenger clothes and hair. Nightmare something! Good thing there were no small children on this bus. Opposite, humble and negligent! Public FUJ ЕЎoferim E.Vigulim!
