Misleading customers
AuMobile 4G internet does not work in SunLake. When the complaint was made, the AuMobile customer manager or responsible person stated that he was not going to expand the 4G zone in this area at all, that the tower was already 25 m high and would not improve anything. They are not interested in it. Recommended to go to another service provider. There is also a record of the conversations, which will be submitted to AuMobile. The service is of low quality, the 4G network does not work in 95% of cases. Mostly 3G internet is available with 2-3 sections in the phone. 4G does not work on AuMobile routers or phones. There is no point in paying for this service.
