Poor Starting Experience

Signed up and paid for Allstate Motor Club. App doesn’t work and then put in a request online for trip planning. It said 5 business days. Now I get an email 3 days later indicating 14 business days. I’ll already have taken the trip. Not impressed. Will most likely cancel this service and go back to AAA.... Read more➤

We have not received any response as of yet.

Very unhappy on how our road service was handled during a very bad storm and on Sunday of Thanksgiving Weekend. We have been members for over 34 years and our case could have been handled much better. User’s recommendation: Make sure you ask every possible question when talking to customer service when car is disabled.

I have been a member for over 25yrs and have only needed ssistance 2 times.

We have been waiting for assistance since 1:00pm and it is now 4:45pm User’s recommendation: locate providers and have the list available to inform rep that answers your call for ssistance Very uninformed reps answer the call!!!
