Terrible Service
Today I was signed up for covid19 analysis. The reception point is located at Freedom Street 366 in the parking lot. I myself am sick with fever, cough and all symptoms (except death). The record was for a specific time. Understandably, I waited my time sitting in my car, because first I was sick and secondly it was raining. When my time comes I go to the cable car, but there it turns out that there is already a queue! Patients come with a record and enter the Queue. There are no conditions to wait. Stand outdoors. Breaking into the container at the time I indicated, the laboratory assistant told me that with my record I could go three houses further, and it was meant for me to stand in line. They are completely out of their minds. There should be no rows in such places. Especially considering that the record is for a specific period of time. And I don't have to stand under the rain. I had to go home without analysis, because in such a Queue system I can only do worse for myself. What allows such a service requires a head treatment.
