Shellac lamp not curing

Lamp not curing completely. Shellac is still sticky even after wiping with alcohol. Shouldnt this product be covered for a lifetime since the bulbs are not replaceable? Can you send me a new one?

I did get the Shellac spring colors but NOT THE VINYLUX !! Id love to get the vinylux spring ASAP???

Can’t get products…

Well Im needing the new colors are well as the others and they NEVER have them in CND shellac or Vinylx!!! My clients are getting sick off the colors I have now!! I dont understand why its so hard to buy???
