Charged 162.35 extra charges for early payoff

used to purchase hearing aids. paid off before 1st payment due. and was charged extra fees.due.no one offered any recourse except just pay them the money. no explanation except there are always fees. with a loan contract with them. clled them they said loan payed off and closed now so they cant change anything.
