CONTROLLER 005
Today 11. 12. 2019 I am driving the usual route Sunshine Coast - Riga; Melbourne - Sunshine Coast, when suddenly the train stopped before the stop, the train stopped, apparently hit a person, but there is no story about it, first people waited 25 - 30 minutes, at the closed door, and without information about what was happening, we were not notified when the train and whether it would be more advantageous for us to look for other means of transport home. Then suddenly the controller walked through the car, and a passenger asked if we were going to go soon, to which the vulgar controller replied, "I don't know, I don't know when we're going to go then" - well, something that could be answered by someone who should take responsibility for us (if the tickets are already checked, then to some extent there is already a main one in the wagon) in total we waited 40 minutes, and throughout this journey, the people who got to the previous stop were not issued a ticket, because the previous stop was the Wagon Park, where the box office was locked, we started the movement and after ~ 50 meters we stopped in Janavarti, got into the "Big Control". The first thing that caught my eye was the controller with token number 005, so he was doing his job, I'm not saying anything, everything is ok, but then he asked a lady for a ticket, who had boarded the Wagon Park, and the lady explained what the matter was, but the Controller with number 005 was very sharp and harsh (vulgar) said to pay the penalty to which the other passengers referred, and tried to explain the situation more specifically and justify the lady. In the end, the conflict escalated so that the whole wagon shouted at the controller so that he could understand that the lady was not to blame for not being able to buy a ticket, but the controller touched her in a defiant voice, tone and intonation, albeit without slander, was offensive, it was an expression of disrespect. A woman told this controller you knew what you were risking, and he refused "whatever I risked" and scoffed ridiculously.
