Well I think cool - it will be operative. I left on Friday after work - in the store, the waitress was searching and printing what she complains that "it will be a long time". KaroCh has nothing. Ok. I am sending a facebook message with a question when there will be, of course, the system promises that someone will answer as soon as they can - the answer to this email / message has still not been received. On Monday 11.01.2021 I call myself, and even manage to call one of the abnormally busy operators - and the answer is "yes, we didn't go here, but on Friday, 15.01.2021, but a hundred points everything will be in the store and you can pick it up". Immediately after the conversation also comes two sms, with an apology that the product is delayed and will be 15.01.2021. Operationally bl. Ok, I'm expecting Friday, it's late afternoon, no news, no news. Call again, and again the answer "well see no, the goods are not yet, but one order will be on Monday 18.01.2021, the other sometime on the 20th dates"dropped the handset because there was no point in listening to their squeaking. Arriving Monday - from rd again no news - is a commodity in the store. There is no product in the store. Great communication, customer service and all in all good. Deception, silence, and general disrespect for the buyer. P. S appeared on the Internet last week that one product is available in stores after two days, the other after 15 (!) Minutes. There are still no replies to the messages sent.
