Reception time on holidays.
Great service! You have to wait 30 minutes for someone to pick you up and when they do, the lady answers as if I had personally called her and interrupted to watch her favorite series! It is the job of an administrator, when you get a job everyone knows that there will be a lot of calls, a lot of people and different, but it is a job in service that does not give any right to be unkind and annoyed, thank you, please do not give information people are tired, low wages, everything tends to happen, but it is not the first time, it happens there all the time. So retire those tired administrators, give younger people a chance to work, maybe the handset won't be as heavy and a more positive outlook on life.
