Very poor communication!
One day the account was suddenly blocked, calling the bank said that this person had been blocked, a few days later I received a baby money from which I was withdrawn 80 €! and it all happened without any warning. Of course, I immediately wrote to Daina Priedniece, how she can take money from child benefit! The next day I get a call and say that I need to write an application for account unlocking and refund. The application has been sent, the account statement has been sent, the agreement on cooperation that I will pay has been written, and here one day I am credited some 6 €, as an explanation returned the unreasonably withheld funds, and the question arises where the remaining 74 €. Calling while writing emails is simply silent! The account is still locked and there is no money.
