poor service, cancellation of planned trips
We bought a trip to Croatia, Makarska Riviera in October - as part of the campaign for 136 eur; the trip is traded all year round, increasing its price (in the end the price reached 340 AUD) ; the trip was canceled for us now in July - on the grounds that no group had been assembled - which does not look credible because the trip was canceled by e-mail, and in addition to our e-mail address, only four other e-mail addresses could be seen there - suggesting that only, who bought a trip within the initial promotion for 136 AUD... Of course it was offered to go on other dates, respectively for three times the price... Therefore, if it is important to travel on your preferred dates for the planned price and if you do not want to ruin your planned vacation, I recommend not to use the services of this company
