Placed order for diabetes supplies on Nov 20, Received incomplete order on Nov 27. Called four times and cut off 4 times. Finally told I’m not eligible YET I have been using for 4 years. Decided to call Medicare and get anew vendor.

Just received a call today under the guise of trying to find out if I received my diabetic supplies when they were actually trying to sell other supplies. Very rude and annoying. I will seek another provider. They are desperate to sell and annoying.
