Poor Service

On April 17, 2019, an electric scooter was purchased. On 25.07.2019 it was taken for warranty repair. After more than a month of "repair" the product was returned scratched. The answer was given when contacting customer service - this is only normal. We can't help anything. I do not recommend buying anything in this store. The attitude is terrible.
