Poor service
For warranty repair, a Huawei P20 with a socket damper was adopted (poorly charged). During the reception, the employee performed an inspection, accepted the device and said that it would be repaired within 2 weeks. After 2 weeks, another service worker called saying that the phone would not be under warranty repair because it had a small damage to the camera glass, which indicates that the phone has fallen. As soon as the phone was assumed to be undamaged, I did not agree with the decision and the employee said that the complaint would be considered later. Another week passed, my grievance was simply ignored, no further investigation was carried out and the phone was returned. No TSC service representative explained why the phone was assumed to be undamaged at first and then suddenly remained damaged. The phone was kept in a protective case
