I came to the store that is closer to home, namely Krustpunkts / Tabakas Nams at 55 Hill Street - when I entered the store I talked on the phone, because it was a really important conversation, I spoke not too loud, I also behaved decently, even talking on the phone I was able to greet the seller! When it was time to pay, I paid with a bank card, inadvertently entered the wrong PIN code, because one of the buttons did not work properly, so somehow it turned out that he entered one number twice - I apologized and asked what to press to delete, she replied that I pressed the yellow button and for some reason that button did not delete the PIN code, but completely stopped connecting to the terminal. To which the seller sharply responded by shouting loudly half American half foreign.. A few llama words were also heard and at the very end me on behalf of the foreignswhich in my opinion meant something like this: nonsense or tizlenis. No matter how there, but still with customers it can not, no matter how there the customer makes mistakes. PS This wasn't the only time people had complained before!
