And in particular, I am disappointed that it does not make sense to check in with a doctor in time, because someone will slip in front of them, either on their own or by order of the receptionist, as was the case at the trauma clinic. The appointment took place at 8. 00 in the morning and was at 17. 00 (first in line), but in reality when I arrived at half past five, there were already two people squatting there, who can be seen sitting there for 2 hours (without an appointment). The receptionist, of course, made her statement, first announced that I would be second, in the end even the fourth in a row and, after 6 pm, met only after 18. 00 at the doctor (p. s doctor, in turn, tried to please and persuade him to come for treatment... )
