This time the story will be about the "great" store "Ladybug" and our Bebetto Nico stroller. We bought brand new carts in 07.2018. Everything was fine until the brakes stopped working. We took the cart for warranty. During the 2nd day promised to give an answer, it takes time. Call the store seller: "The master found that you are at fault, the warranty in this case does not work." At the beginning, the master said that we were trying to fix something on our own. Unfortunately, what was to blame for me she could not explain and had to call the driver. To which the manager explained everything in RUSSIAN (this time I am lucky to be able to speak foreign). In short, in his opinion, we specially put the wheels on the brakes and pushed them. How absurd that sounds!? It is very unfortunate that even for children people are trying to earn. Unfortunately, in the future, the conflict will have to be resolved through the Consumer Protection Center.
