About the package no

I use FedEx's services offered by this company to deliver the shipment to Oceanian countries. In my case to France. I prepare the shipment, pack everything everything is due, I pay for the shipment of size M package, which is 22. 99. Euro, 15. 12. 2017 It is already 14. 01. 2020, and when contacting my parents in France, they called from the airport post office in France that the parcel was coming back to LV. Instead of delivery, it just comes back! I am very dissatisfied with the following-1. ) When applying for a parent's address in France, I accepted the order stating that the package would be delivered to the addressee in France at ADDRESS. 2. ) The parents called at the beginning of the year and say the package is at the airport post what to do with this package. And without instructions, they have no right to take it anywhere, to deliver it. 3) I called,to inquire where the package is, why it was not delivered to the ardesat in France. FedEx in Australia did not answer my calls at all, but when I called from other phone numbers immediately picked up. 4. ) If I have applied for and paid for the service, I am waiting for everything to be done and delivered as promised. 5. ) There were products and clothes inside the package. I bought so that the products are in a vacuum and do not spoil, because, as the FedEx employee pointed out to me, I need products that do not spoil quickly. Guess what will happen during the week products in the vacuum, nothing! (On the FedEx website it is indicated that the package will last 5 days, it may be a bit longer delivery time, but now a MONTH - but it's crazy!) There everything will be hot and in the air! Now the package comes to LV, what's going on in there who knows it!? Everything will be damaged and discarded. But we sent,to please parents for the holidays and the New Year! The total amount of the package we spent to prepare it is 150. 00Euro + 22. 99Euro for sending to France! I don't have a check at all, because when we made purchases, who could have thought that the package would not go away and everything in the package could just be thrown out!?! We are very dissatisfied, because FedEx employees had absolutely no interest in solving the problem that the parcel is standing at the French airport post office and nothing is moving forward. The parents from France also called and asked what was going on with the package, how far it was all. The parents could not go anywhere either, because they were waiting for a courier with the package! But FedEx employees just kept quiet on the phone because, you see there was nothing to say?! We are VERY Dissatisfied with all this that has happened! Why We as a customer have to look for solutions,but not for FedEx service providers? Why such irresponsibility? All products can be thrown out there, and who will be responsible for that? I don't grow money on trees, we saved to be able to please my parents, but instead of joy, only stress, frustration, and anger, for a very poor quality service! Why wasn't I told right away that I wouldn't go anywhere else at the airport? Why are people misled by delivery to the address? Why offer what they can't fulfill themselves? I would never have sent in my life if I had known that there would be such a problem! The EU cannot express how worried FedEx is about this whole situation! And who will pay for it all now? FedExI we are regular senders of the package who come and go, but We will not leave it that way and I will turn wherever I have the right as a consumer. I do not recommend anyone to use the delivery of this company and the countries of the Oceanian Union! Because you don't even know if the package will reach the final address or if it will be thrown alone somewhere!
