Nothing happened!!! Dont know how this came up as a complaint. Just inquired if I needed proof of Covid vaccine.
The agent was in reservations and couldnt really help me. We had been charged for baggage at American due to booking our flights through Alaska. We are MVP on Alaska and Premium on American. She told me to write an email to Alaska explaining the problem along with photos of receipts and boarding passes.
Have attempted approximately 10 times to get the $25.00 credit on the 30 minute delay on luggage going from area 8 then notified it was 9 then finally 17. I fly for the Las Vegas with the Alaska Flights in the first class cabin and my experience was good because of the amazing in-flight entertainment services. I must recommend this airline to the passengers. User’s recommendation: Best Flag Carrier of the US.
