It was necessary to rent a car on 11.12, 11:00 - for taxis to the nearest office (airport) to pay and receive the car. We served a woman with blonde hair (so that the sixt presidency knows and recognizes the hero). We take the machine in the name of the man but pay from my card. We pay - and only then the employee will remember that he also has to take insurance money in the amount of 200 when we have already paid for the car itself. We were only 100 years old because no one warned that there would be twice as much insurance money to pay as expected. After that, the employee said that you can only pay from the card with the tenant's name - (can you only say this when you have already paid from another card?!?) will have to call a taxi to the houses at the other end of town, and back to what we spent together for 20 years due to the unprofessional work of the employee! The money that the employee took from my card can only be returned within a week - now super! As a result, we are very big months and waste time. The most dangerous car rental error exists. Next time, train the employees at least a little and then just put them to work! Let's go to Ptac to make up for it all!
