Complete nonsense, no service!
This is my first bad review! I regularly send parcels from Germany, it is convenient for all Germans to work with dhl, they come to lv in a couple of days, but itella's cretinas can never deliver a shipment on time! Articles, calls, regularly, several times for one parcel and now it is completely absurd - I have not been delivered a month, eternal excuses to track the shipment - due to external factors delivery was not possible, but ironically that my region's courier has never even been to my in the village to bring the shipment to the address. After the previous shipments, I also had to run 35 km, each time to another place in Sunshine Coast, because the courier did not have time! Kaaaa, damn it, if that's his job? I sit, read complaints and am afraid that even though my parcels are not returned,because now I'm waiting for a whole 4 and there is no worthless! And when I received my shipments before, the courier also kicked the other parcels! What to do to end this?!?! Send all feedback to German dhl'u?!?
