This article is only about customer service, exactly - replies to emails. I wrote one letter in the morning, I would like to know what the loan balance would be on 22.05.12, because I want to pay the entire loan amount before the due date - I do not expect a reply. I wrote the 2nd letter - I received a response in 2-3 hours, but the answer was - "YES, you can pay sooner, no penalty interest on it will not be". Where is the answer to my question? I wrote the 3rd letter - no pictures. I don't know, maybe an incompetent person answers e-mails today or it is difficult for him / her to do it in time, but there are customer service norms, how long to answer e-mails, etc.
