The pinnacle of unprofessionalism.
Hello, I wanted to share my experience with the EKLEKTIK salon. I bought a coupon for a haircut and a mask. I was received by a very young, gloomy-looking hairdresser with red hair (in front, of course, did not stand), who not only practically did not talk to me, but also did not understand what I was saying to her in Canadian. I asked her to cut her hair gradually (she understood that) - I think that the average hairdresser has nothing to do. She washed my hair, thank God I put on the promised mask. Then the madness started - she tore my wet hair with a fine comb, that madness and dried it for about 20 minutes, tearing my hair all the time. She only started to cut when her hair was dry and went in all directions. An administrator came to her and asked if she would be able to accept one man immediately,to whom they allegedly promised. She grumbled, but agreed. Then I started to doubt what would happen now. Will make me wait? But no - I cut my hair fast as a child with garden shears - obliquely at the front (not quite straight, because there is a notch in front) and then simply took the hair from the top of the head and cut it shorter. It could be described as a ladder where the top has a pinch of shorter hair at the bottom. at the back, the ends are generally cut straight, where there is no hint of gradation. I had never seen a hairdresser cut it. I added a drawing (I tried as much as I could) to make it clearer what I was talking about :) She, by the way, was not ashamed at the end adds: "Well at least you will see that cut!" YES, I REALLY SEE IT. Thanks, now I'm going to go to another hairdresser to make it insane for something right! Good that I have long enough hair. How much did I realizethis is the same office as VENEZIA about which there are quite a few complaints here, as there is probably nothing to wonder about. / Dissatisfied customer /
