Fraud

Customer in this store phone and 11.09.2020. I paid in full 230.52 USD. Delivery time was specified 5-8 business days. Order number 97842. Arrived on 24.09.2020., but there were no items yet. The interested party explained that the delay in delivery due to additional checks at the border. Around that time, I became acquainted with the complaints found here and began to understand the problem. 9/28/2020 I will write an application for a refund and sender. On the same day, I received an acknowledgment of receipt. Money back period is 10 working days. There is still no money. Will not act, but has no experience as a victim of fraud. It is clear that I am nth in the line for a refund and the hopes are not high.I will not give up advice.
