poor service

In one word MISKASTE, I have not encountered a poorer delivery service, the order arrived in Australia within 5 days, and for the second week is not delivered for various reasons, says one doing the other, the second time delivery with Ittella and both times a negative experience. I recommend avoiding this company, you will save time and nerves. Good luck!
